Jason Kelce is opening up about wife Kylie Kelce's previous pregnancy loss , crediting his sports family for supporting the couple through their grief journey.

The retired Philadelphia Eagles star center shared the comments on Wednesday while receiving the March of Dimes Sports Achievement Award in New York City.

"I remember going out to my truck in the middle of practice and meetings, overcome with grief and emotion," he said, describing it as an "absolutely devastating" time.
